I did that duck film
Haha hey guys. I finished the duck like a billion years ago. WHATEVER.
But seriously, what an amazing thing! It was pretty intense to get it done.
Here is my beard in full, I grew it from the start of the Duck's production till the very end. Probably more impressive than the actual film hey:

Long Time No Duck
HEYA BUTT HEADS! I mean, sorry. Best buds.
I've been so deep in film production I almost forgot I had a blog. So here is a splattering of stuff for you.
Hey look! Using TVPaints crazy system called the stroke animator, I hand animated all this rain. Aint no cycles there. Pretty neat and really quick and easy for what I think are great results.
Here are some drawings.
Aint even gonna explain any of that haha.
HERE ARE SOME AMAZING ANIMATIONS:
Kairos Trailer: This is by some buddies of mine in Paris, former Gobelins students who formed Studio La Cachette. It's like French Ghibli! So unreal. I would looove to see a feature film of this. This is a trailer for a comic believe it or not!
KAIROS Trailer from Studio La Cachette on Vimeo.
New Gobelins short, Myosis. Not crazy about the narrative and themes (a little cliche) but visually? OH BABY!
Umbra: This one is slightly biased as it's my animation mentor Malcolm Sutherland's award winning piece. BUT IT'S SO GOOD.
Umbra (HD - 2010) from Malcolm Sutherland on Vimeo.
Late Night Work Club presents Ghost Stories: This is a collection of beautiful beautiful short films by some really out there unique animators. Take a load off, cos this one runs 40 minutes! BUT WORTH IT.
The most exciting piece of Alex Grigg's short "The Phantom Limb". This guy is the best working Australian Animator in my opinion.

OK ALL DONE. HAVE FUN. GTA V midnight launch tonight what's a boy to do?!

ANNNNNND here is an amazing picture I found that I forgot I drew and was wrongfully put into a folder called mess. It should be in a folder called Masterpiece.

HEY SUCKAZ
Hi. Hi guys. I've been a little nonbloggy I'm sorry.
I'm soon to put together a new video update for the Duck and talking about my amazing experiences at the Munich Film Festivals of Schools, which was literally the best time of my life. What a year.
I'm currently crunching like mad on my backgrounds for the Duck. ALMOST done. We are also fair behind schedule and currently looking into getting some Screen Australia funding to finish us off, which would also afford some awesome stuff for the film.
Here are some little samples.

Beast Chorus, Ducks and Stuff
HI my blog.
So here is a recap because lots of cool stuff is going on. My pen and paper bro Sam "Skydekkerix" Maguire and I have started a new collab site called Beast Chorus. It's sorta like a high concept webcomic/fantasy journal. It's a bestiary of fantastical creatures for a pen and paper RPG setting, Sam and I come up with the monster, Sam writes them up wonderfully and then I illustrate them. It's so much fun! So go check it out for some excitin writin and artin. HERE!
I've also got some illustrations from whatever:
This guy, an illustration of a character from a story for my buddies at Stilts.
OH and there is a chance I may be going to Munich in November with the Wedding. I'm also in a bunch more festivals and award things yaaaay.

Ducks, Vikings and Monsters
Hey, just an update of some art and stuff.
OH and the Wedding was recently screened at Brisbane RAW's event:
It was very cool, and the US section of the site interviewed me here.
I've also just found out that the Wedding is nominated for an ATOM Award and official selection at the Brisbane International Film Festival. Super excited.
The Duck is almost at v3 animatic, close to starting animation! Nerve wracking, haha.
HEY here is some recent very rough art and junk. Big strong men only?
And an exciting new project I plan to start with my man Skydekkerix / Sam.
